In the Court's Opinion....we WIN!

My colleague did a Google search of my company's name and the second reference was the Court opinion of the injunction case of my former employer against me and my new company. Since it is so public now I thought some of you might like to read it, if you can stand 50 pages of legalese. It is pretty thorough, although there are lots of gory details from the testimony it leaves out that you can ask me about sometime. Even though I testified to the fact that I lied to my evil boss about my involvment with the new venture, I hate seeing it in print. But I did, I was so intimidated by the evil boss that I lied to him to keep him from blowing up like a hydrogen bomb in the middle of the office. I don't like that I lied, but it certainly wasn't illegal or even grounds for them to sue me. Anyway, the judge must have believed the rest of my story.
